  • 190 g de biscoitos de chocolate
  • 100 g de avelãs descascadas
  • 2 c sopa de manteiga derretida
  • 500 g de requeijão
  • 500 g de queijo mascarpone
  • 3 c sopa de amido de milho
  • 3/4 de chávena

  • 4. Coloque o chocolate e as natas numa tijela para banho maria e deixe derreter o chocolate, misturando bem até obter uma massa lisa.
  • 6. Coloque a mistura na forma e alise a superfície.

  • 5 egg yolks and: sugar to caramelize, about 6 tablespoons
  • 1 more minute.Add 1 egg, mix at low speed for about 30 seconds, add another egg, and repeat this operation until finish the eggs. At the end add the egg yolk and mix well. 4. Place chocolate and cream in a bowl over a water bath and allow to melt the chocolate, mixing well until smooth. 5. Season the chocolate, adding a tablespoon of the cheese mixture and stir vigorously. Repeat the operation with an additional 10 spoonfuls of cheese mixture. Then add this mixture of tempered chocolate to remaining cheese mixture, and beat at low speed. 6. Put the mixture into the pan and smooth the surface. 7. Place pan a tray and pour boiling water, so that is submerged about 2 /3 height. 8. Bake for about 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 120 °C , leaving to cook for 45 minutes
